Edward J. McGillen obtained his undergraduate
degree from Marquette University in 1979, graduating magna cum
laude. He received his law degree cum laude from the
Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1982 and completed an L.L.M.
degree with honors in Taxation from IIT-Kent in April, 2001. Mr. McGillen began his legal
career in private practice, obtaining a broad range of experience in
corporate law, taxation, real estate, litigation, and estate planning
and administration. Since the mid-1980's, his practice has been
focused on estate, trust, and tax planning, estate and trust
administration, and business planning. He joined Fuchs & Roselli,
Ltd. in 1999 after 15 years with a small Chicago law firm. Mr.
McGillen continues to counsel individuals and businesses in a broad
spectrum of estate, trust, business, and tax planning matters.
