
Michelle L. Feola graduated from Fordham University in 2000, earning a B.A. in English. Ms. Feola then returned to her hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she earned her J.D. from Temple University in 2003. Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Ms. Feola amassed significant felony trial experience through her work as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney. As an Assistant State's Attorney, she has achieved meaningful appellate experience through her appearances before the Illinois Appellate First District Court. Since starting with Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Ms. Feola has handled a broad range of civil litigation matters, focusing on commercial litigation, business torts, mortgage foreclosures, and real estate disputes. In addition, Ms. Feola has represented her clients in litigating a variety of special remedy matters, including motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Ms. Feola resides in the western suburbs and focuses her practice on commercial litigation and appeals. Ms. Feola is licensed to practice in the Northern District of Illinois and is an active member of both the Chicago Bar Association and DuPage County.
