
Leah Wardak graduated from DePaul University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005. While a student at Loyola, Ms. Wardak obtained the highest grades in numerous classes and was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Wardak also served as Student Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and published an article, Internet Filters and the First Amendment: Public Libraries After United States v. American Library Association, 35 Loy. U. Chi. L.J. 657 (2004). Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Ms. Wardak worked for a large Chicago law firm where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Wardak continues to focus her current practice on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wardak has significant experience working on commercial foreclosures and workout, representing both banking and financial institutions. Ms. Wardak also has experience in handling complex real estate title disputes. Ms. Wardak also has experience handling general business litigation, including matters involving shareholder and membership disputes, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, and temporary restraining orders and other injunctive relief.
Ms. Wardak is licensed in the State of Illinois and the U. S. Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Northern District of Indiana.
Before and during law school, Ms. Wardak worked in social services and continues her efforts in the community through volunteering.
