Samuel G. Wieczorek graduated from Northwestern University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007, where he served as the Executive Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. While in law school, he was a research assistant for Prof. Jeffrey Kwall, a leading tax law professor, and he spent a semester as a judicial extern for Federal Magistrate Judge Jeffrey N. Cole at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  

As an associate at Fuchs & Roselli, Mr. Wieczorek has concentrated his practice in business law, representing closely held corporations and LLCs in all phases of their lifecycles, including start-up, employment issues, and their eventual sale. He also has significant experience in estate planning and probate matters.

Before attending law school, Mr. Wieczorek was a successful editor for a local educational publishing company.  He is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations. He has published the following works: “Winokur, Lose, or Draw:  Art Collectors Lose an Important Tax Break,” 8 Hous. Bus. & Tax L.J. 90 (2008); and “The Outside Sales Exemption: Does It Really Apply to Your Client?,” 98 Ill. B.J. 426 (Aug. 2010).
