J. Matthew Pfeiffer graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He obtained his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2000. Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Mr. Pfeiffer worked for a small law firm in Wheaton, Illinois handling a broad range of civil litigation matters for both individuals and small- to medium-size business entities. Mr. Pfeiffer focuses his practice on commercial litigation; business torts; creditors' rights; commercial and personal loan enforcement; corporate and personal bankruptcies, non-bankruptcy workouts, and reorganizations; and real estate litigation. Mr. Pfeiffer is an active member of the Illinois State and DuPage County Bar Associations and devotes a substantial amount of time to serving on various committees and councils within those organizations.
