Richard C. Perna
graduated,
cum laude, from St. Mary’s University, Winona, Minnesota in
1983 with a degree in Environmental Biology. He obtained his law
degree in 1986 from Hamline University, St.Paul, Minnesota. Before
joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Mr. Perna was associated with a large
Chicago law firm focusing his practice in commercial litigation and
trial law. During his tenure at this firm, he has litigated a wide
range of business, banking and real estate matters. His work has
also allowed him to argue appeals before both state and federal
appellate courts. Mr. Perna has been admitted to the Federal Trial
Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of
Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr.
Perna’s practice includes the representation of individuals, closely
held corporations and institutional clients. He presently practices
in the area of commercial litigation, real estate disputes, loan
workout and foreclosure, mechanics lien and construction litigation,
special remedies, employment disputes and bankruptcy. Mr. Perna is
a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround
Management Association.
