Jay E. Presser earned his bachelor of arts degree in French and International Relations from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992, graduating cum laude. In 1996, he earned his JD and LLM in Taxation from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Jay practiced law at firms in Columbus, Ohio and Chicago. Jay currently represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing. Jay's clients include owners of office, retail, industrial and multi-family property throughout the U.S. Jay also serves as lender's counsel to local and national banks and other lending institutions. Jay is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association and is a Board Member of a local not-for-profit agency that runs educational and recreational programs for children throughout the Chicagoland area.
