John T. Roselli obtained his undergraduate
degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971. He graduated with
highest honors from the John Marshall School of Law in 1975. In his
first several years of practice, he obtained a broad spectrum of
experience in bankruptcy, litigation, taxation, corporate law and,
particularly, real estate. Although he still retains a broad-based
general business practice, most of his time is devoted to a
commercial real estate transactional practice. He represents owners,
investors, commercial tenants, developers and lenders in all facets
of the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, development,
leasing, operation and selling of vacant land, industrial projects,
shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and
multi-purpose facilities. These projects often involve IRC Section
1031 tax deferred exchanges and the creative
use of special purpose partnerships, tenancies in common, limited liability companies or
joint ventures.
