Daniel
E. Wiesch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern
University in 1997 with a double major in Philosophy and Slavic
Languages and Literature. He received his juris doctor from
the University of Illinois, College of Law in 2001, graduating
cum laude. Prior to joining Fuchs and Roselli, Daniel practiced
with firms in DuPage County and Lake County Illinois handling a
broad range of civil litigation. He has appeared before the courts
in a number of Illinois counties, as well as appearing pro hac
vice in Indiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina,
Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. He is admitted before the
Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. He has obtained
extensive arbitration and jury trial experience, having brought 10
trials to verdict as lead counsel and second chaired several
others. His practice is focused on litigation. |
